Personalized, compassionate nutrition counseling to help you quiet the noise, understand what your body needs, and make changes that actually work for your life.
It can leave you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and even like you’ve failed.
You haven’t. You need an approach built around you.
Nutrition is personal. Your health, history, relationship with food, family, environment, challenges, and motivations are uniquely yours.
Your nutrition plan should be, too.
Instead of handing you a long list of rules and expecting you to overhaul your life overnight, we’ll start where you are. Together, we’ll identify a few realistic steps you can take now and build from there.
No judgment. No expectation of perfection. No one-size-fits-all diet.
Just knowledgeable, science-backed guidance paired with compassion, curiosity, and a plan that feels possible.
Compassionate, specialized support to help you rebuild trust in your body, quiet food noise, and move toward a more peaceful relationship with eating.
Personalized nutrition guidance for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypoglycemia, kidney disease and other medical concerns, including support when a new diagnosis requires changes to the way you eat.
Science-backed guidance when you know you want to make changes but aren’t sure where to begin. No restrictive diets, quick fixes, or information overload.
Engaging, evidence-based presentations tailored to your audience, with practical guidance they can understand and use.

Hi, I'm Trina Weber, RDN, CEDRD.
For more than 23 years, I’ve helped people navigate nutrition challenges ranging from complex medical diagnoses to eating disorders to simply feeling overwhelmed by what, when, and how they’re “supposed” to eat.
I have a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry, a master’s degree in nutrition, and I’m a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I work alongside physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers when a collaborative approach is needed. I also provide nutrition counseling and staff training at Misty Morning Retreat, a residential eating disorder treatment center in Northern Michigan.
But credentials are only part of what I bring into the room.
I know that changing how you eat isn’t as simple as knowing what you “should” do. Food is connected to our routines, relationships, emotions, environments, histories, and everyday lives.
That’s why I’ll take the time to listen and understand the whole picture before we decide what comes next.
I’ll meet you where you are, help you find steps that are actually manageable, and provide accountability that’s supportive rather than judgmental. More than your dietitian, I’m your personal cheerleader!
I believe everyone who is trying to change their relationship with food deserves to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about what comes next.
1. Free 15-minute consultation.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
2. Nutrition assessment.
Your first 60-minute appointment is a comprehensive nutrition assessment. We’ll talk about your health, history, challenges, lifestyle, and what matters most to you.
3. We’ll start small and build from there.
We’ll choose two or three manageable first steps and continue building a sustainable approach around your needs, your life, and your long-term hopes.
Less starting over.
Less worrying whether you’re doing it “right.”
Less noise about what you should and shouldn’t eat.
And more trust in your body. More energy. More confidence. More freedom to enjoy holidays, meals with friends, and everyday moments without food taking center stage.
For some clients, progress means improved labs or managing a medical condition. For others, it means having more energy, sleeping better, feeling comfortable eating in public, or finally finding peace after years of struggling with food.
There isn’t one definition of success because there isn’t one path to getting there.
The goal is a way of eating that supports your health without taking over your life.
If you’re ready for things to feel different, we’ll figure out the next step together.
How you will be paying for your appointment will determine how you will schedule.
